摘要
目的探讨预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的预防措施。方法回顾性分析盘锦市中心医院辽河分院2011年1月2014年1月收治的80例发生并发症的妇科患者的临床资料,探讨并发症的相关因素,提出预防措施。结果妇科腹腔镜手术患者1498例,发生并发症患者80例,发生率为5.34%。结论并发症的发生与手术方式、患者病情、医师的经验及技术等相关。
Objective To investigate the prevention. Methods To prevent complications of laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed clinical data of January 2011~2014 January treated 80 cases of patients with gynecological complications, complications related factors discussed proposed preventive measures . Results Of this laparoscopic surgery 1498 cases,80 cases of patients with complications, the rate was 5.34%. Conclusion Complications and surgical approach, the patient＆#39;s condition, the physician experience and technology, and other related.
