30例支气管扩张症的临床治疗分析

The Clinical Treatment Analysis of 30 Cases of Bronchiectasis

目的探讨支气管扩张症的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法对2012年以来收治的30例支气管扩张患者临床诊治资料进行分析。结果 30例患者经治疗显效19例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为90%。结论改善支气管的廓清能力,应用抗生素,减少炎性反应,偶尔可考虑切除非常局限的病变部位。

Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of bronchiectasis are to be analyzed. Methods Analyze the diagnosis and treatment data selected from 30 patients who have been treated in hospital since from 2012. Results Of al 30 cases of patients, 19 cases are significantly effective, and 8 cases are effectual and the other 3 cases are unfruitful. The efficacy rate is up to 90%in total. Conclusion The way to cure bronchiectasis is to improve bronchial clearance ability and to use antibiotic to cure inflammation, and what’s more, it is suggested to occasional y consider the resection of a lesion that is limited to treatment.
