急性上呼吸道感染患者临床诊断与治疗

The Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的：探讨上呼吸道感染疾病的临床诊断与药物治疗方案。方法随机抽取2010年1月～10月，我院收治的20例上呼吸道感染患者的临床诊断治疗资料进行剖析。结果20例患者经临床诊断、治疗后，显效10例，有效8例，无效2例。结论根据患者的临床表现及症状的不同选择合适的药物进行治疗，及时缓解患者的临床症状，有效降低并发症及传染性。

Objective The clinical diagnosis and medical treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection to be investigated. Methods Analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment data selected from 20 cases of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection who are treated in hospital from January 2010 to October 2010. Results 10 patients have improved their health condition and 8 patients achieve effective results after treatment, but the other 2 cases are ineffective. Conclusion Cure patients with proper medical treatment based on their clinical manifestations in order to alleviate their symptoms and to reduce complications and infection.
