摘要
回顾自2006～2013年400例口服有机磷农药中毒患者的抢救经过，结果全胃肠洗消、突击量氯解磷定、盐酸戊乙奎醚（长托宁）加小剂量阿托品治疗组比传统的洗胃、碘解磷定伍用阿托品组，出现反跳、中间综合症、药物相关副作用和死亡率显著下降。
Review from 2006 to 2013 400 cases of oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients rescued after the rescue , the results of the whole gastrointestinal decontamination,assault amount pralidoxime chloride,hydrochloric penehyclidine （Changtuoning）plus a small dose of atropine therapy group than in the traditional The gastric lavage, iodine pralidoxime with atropine group Wu appeared rebound,intermediate syndrome,drug-related side effects and mortality decreased significantly.
