摘要
目的：探讨老年肺结核患者的临床护理方法。方法选取2013年3月～2014年6月我院接诊的45例老年肺结核患者，对其进行心理、饮食、药物、等方面的护理工作，总结临床护理体会。结果经过护理，老年患者的恢复快、治愈率高、住院天数减少，对护理人员的满足度提高，结果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年肺结核患者进行临床护理工作可以提高老年肺结核的治愈率，保证老年人的健康，应该宣传推广。
Objective The clinical treatment of elderly patient with tuberculosis is to be investigated. Methods Select 45 patients with tuberculosis who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to June 2014 and summarize the treatment experience after they are given psychological,dietary,and medical treatment. Results The elderly patient recover soon with high cure rate and less hospitalization days after treatment,in addition,the patients’ satisfaction with nursing staff has been increased,such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of elderly patients with tuberculosis is quite effective to improve the cure rate, therefore, it is worthy of being promoted and applied.
