摘要
目的探讨中医护理对肝硬化疗效。方法选取70例肝硬化患者随机分为中医护理组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,中医护理组同时给予综合中医护理。结果中医护理组治疗总有效率高于对照组,实施综合护理干预后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能得分均高于对照组,生活质量改善明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医护理有效提高治疗效果,改善生存生活质量。
Objective To observe TCM nursing curative effect on liver cirrhosis. Methods 70 cases of Liver Cirrhosis were randomly divided into the TCM care group （35cases） and control group（35cases）. Control group was given routine nursing, TCM group was given TCM treatments. Results Clinical efficacy and quality of life change of TCM group was higher than control group with significant change. Conclusion TCM nursing on liver cirrhosis is remarkable.
