护理风险管理在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

Applications of Nursing Risk Management in the Coronary Artery Interventional Therapy

目的探究护理风险管理在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者108例,对照组行常规护理模式,观察组行护理风险管理,比较两组患者护理中意外事故发生率及患者满意度。结果实施护理风险管理后,观察组护理意外事故发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理风险管理有利于提高医护人员的风险管理意识及护理服务质量,从而减少和消除护理潜在风险对患者的危害,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective Applications of nursing risk management in the coronary artery interventional therapy. Methods The 108 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups, the control group took routine nursing mode, while the observation group took nursing risk management, the accident frequency rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The accident frequency rate and satisfaction of the observation group were both better than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management is conducive to improve medical staf ＆#39;s awareness of risk management and the quality of nursing service, so as to reduce and eliminate the hazards of potential risk to the patients.
