摘要
目的：探析重复人工流产患者的心理护理。方法选取2013年8月～2014年8月间我院收治的39例重复人工流产患者，两组均实施手术治疗。观察组同时实行心理护理，对照组实行常规护理，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组SAS评分（33.51±5.63）分与对照组（43.72±9.53）分比较相对较低，疼痛程度轻，两组护理效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理应用于重复人工流产患者的临床护理中可以改善患者焦虑情绪，减少疼痛程度，安全可行。
Objective The psychological attendance experiencein treatment of patients with repeat abortion is to beinvestigated. Methods Choose 39 patients with repeat abortion who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and treat them with surgical treatment. Patients in study group are given additional psychological attendance, while patients in control group are given conventional treatment, and then compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The SAS score of patientsin study group（33.51±5.63）is much lower than counterpart in control group（43.72±9.53）;and in addition,the patients’pain degree in study group is much milder than patients in control group;there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of psychological attendance of efficacy in treatment of patients with repeat abortion, and it is conducive to relieving patients’anxiety and pain with safety,therefore,such a treatment approach is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
