摘要
目的探讨颈椎病康复患者使用舒适护理的临床效果。方法选取患者120例作为研究对象,随机均分为两组,均60例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行舒适护理,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%,护理满意度为100%;对照组总有效率为83.3%,护理满意度为88.3%。对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对康复期颈椎病患者行舒适护理临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfort nursing patients with cervical vertebra disease rehabilitation. Methods 120 patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, every group has 60 cases, control group received routine nursing care, observation group received comfort nursing care, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, nursing satisfaction was 100%;the control group the total effective rate was 83.3%,88.3%of nursing satisfaction. Compared Difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the effect of comfortable nursing on rehabilitation of patients with clinical stage of cervical spondylosis underwent significant, the promotion of the value.
