摘要
目的：评价综合护理干预在牙周炎患者治疗中的作用。方法随机的将2013年1月～2014年1月我院牙周炎患者460例分成对照组和观察组各230例，对照组应用常规护理方法，观察组应用综合护理干预方法，比较两组治疗后的治疗总有效率、龈沟出血指数（SBI）和菌斑指数（PI）。结果对照组患者的总有效率为67.8%、观察组患者的总有效率为89.1%、两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的SBI、PI均低于对照组患者，两组比较差异有的统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论牙周炎患者应用综合护理干预措施能够显著的改善临床指标、促进临床治疗效果的提高，效果优于传统护理方法。
Objective To evaluation the ef ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in periodontitis patients.Methods 460 cases patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 with periodontitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group has 230 cases.The control group applied the conventional nursing methods, the observation group applied comprehensive nursing intervention ,to compared the total ef ective rate and SBI, PI. between the two groups.Results The total ef ective rate in the control group was 67.8%, the total ef ective rate in the observation group was89.1%, the dif erence was significant（P〈0.05）. Both SBI andPI of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the dif erence was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for periodontitis patients can improve the clinical index and promote the clinical treatment ef ect of improving ,which was better than the conventional nursing methods .It has the broad prospect of application.
