带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎应用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶及滴眼液的疗效对比

To Compared the Treatment Effect of Ganciclovir Ophthalmic and Ganciclovir Eye Drop in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Keratitis

目的：对比带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎应用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶及滴眼液的治疗效果。方法随机的将2010年1月～2014年6月我院门诊诊治的带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎246例分成对照组和观察组各123例，两组患者均在综合全身性抗病毒治疗的同时，对照组患者应用更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗、观察组患者应用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗，比较两组患者的平均治愈时间和治疗的有效率。结果观察组患者平均治愈时间低于对照组患者，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗的有效率与观察组患者相似、两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎应用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶或者更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗具有相似的治疗效果，但更昔洛韦眼用凝胶能够更快速的改善患者眼部疼痛、畏光以及角膜损伤的症状，较更昔洛韦滴眼液缩短治疗时间，利于患者早日的康复。

Objective Comparison the treatment effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and ganciclovir eye drop in the treatment of herpes zoster keratitis. Methods Randomly divided 246 cases patients from 2010 Jauary to 2014 June to control group and observation group.each group has 123 cases . Al the patients underwent systemic anti-viral treatment ,at the same time apply ganciclovir ophthalmic gel for observation group and apply ganciclovir eye drop for control group.To ompare the average healing time and the effective rate of treatment.Results The average healing time of observation group was lower than control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.the effective rate of treatment of control group was similar with observation group , the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion There were the similar treatment effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic and ganciclovir eye drop in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Keratitis.But the application of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel can improve symptom of pain, photophobia and corneal injury.It can shorten the treatment time than ganciclovir eye drop,It benefit for rehabilitation.
