基于Java的智能变电站信息集成

摘要 常用调度中心和变电站自动化系统均遵循IEC 61970和IEC 61850标准,由于两个标准间的异构性阻碍了调度中心与变电站之间的数据信息共享。因此,实现IEC 61970和IEC 61850标准的融合,实现调度中心和变电站的信息共享,成为当前亟需解决的问题,也是智能电网发展必须要解决的问题。在分析了两个标准异同的基础上,分别从设备层次、导电设备类、量测类、对象标识符4个方面给出两个模型的映射方案,并基于Java-Dom4j的开发环境,完成了IEC61850向IEC 61970配置信息的模型转换,验证了映射方案的可行性。 At present, the dispatching center and substation automation system respectively follow the different standard of IEC 61970 and IEC 61850. But the differences of the two standards hinder the data information share between the dispatching center and substation. Therefore, the urgent problem to be solved is how to achieve the integration between IEC 61970 and IEC 61850, and how to share information between dispatching center and substation, which is also the basic problem to be solved in the development of smart grid. This paper analyzed the difference between the two standards, and proposed a mapping scheme from the four aspects of equipment levels, conductive equipment class, measurement class and object identifier. Furthermore, this paper completed the configuration information model conversion from IEC 61850 to IEC 61970 based on Java-Dom4j, which shows the effectiveness of the scheme.
