渭化循环冷却水处理药剂的优化

摘要 陕西渭河煤化工集团有限责任公司(渭化)循环冷却水系统的补水发生了变化,为了防止循环水系统出现腐蚀速率超标的问题,模拟现场水质条件,采用HG/T 2159—91旋转挂片法,对目前使用的WHS-01水处理剂缓蚀性能进行评价、优化。结果表明,60 mg/L WHS-01与30 mg/L SW-109或SW-107复配效果优秀,腐蚀速率为0.052 2 mm/a和0.048 2 mm/a(远低于国家标准的0.075 0 mm/a),均无沉淀产生,表明复合缓蚀剂不但有良好的缓释性能,而且阻垢性能更加优良。 Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Corporation Group Ltd’s circulating cooling water system of fill-ing water has been changed. In order to prevent the corrosion rate exceeds in the circulating water system problems,simulation of the field water quality conditions,using HG/T 2159—91 rotating hanging plate method. The WHS-01 corrosion inhibition effect had been evaluated and optimumed. The result showed that 60 mg/L WHS-01 and SW-109/SW-107 were excellent complex effect the combination test is 0. 052 2 mm/a and 0. 048 2 mm/a,this result is far lower than the national standard,no precipitation,it shows that composite inhibitor not only has good slow release performance and scale inhibition perform-ance better.
