河南、山东育成花生品种的亲本遗传贡献及相关育种策略探讨

Genetic Contribution of Breeding Parents to Released Peanut Varieties in Henan and Shandong Provinces and Prospect of Related Breeding Strategy

亲本选配对花生育种的成功具有重要意义。通过对河南、山东两省花生育成品种祖先亲本、直接亲本及亲本选配来源进行比较,结果表明,花生育成品种的遗传基础较狭窄,育成品种多以本地育成品种和品系作为直接亲本,与其他生态区种质交流和相互利用不够。根据分析结果认为,亲本选配应扩大品种生态区、加大国外种质及野生种质利用。

The selection of crossing parents is of great significance to the success of peanut breeding.It is shown that the genetic background of released varieties is quite narrow in Henan and Shandong provinces based on the analysis and comparison among their ancestors,direct parents and their origins.The local released varieties and breeding lines are commonly used as the director parents in peanut breeding program.There is a lack of exchange and mutual utilization of germplasms among different ecological region.The strategies for selection of breeding parents and peanut breeding are prospected based on the analysis.Expanding ecological origins of the parents and taking full advantage of germplasms from other countries and wild species are suggested.
