摘要
以钠基膨润土为原料采用氯化镁对其进行改性处理,以甲基橙为染料模拟印染废水,在恒温振荡条件下进行吸附试验,研究了甲基橙模拟废水pH值、氯化镁改性膨润土用量、甲基橙质量浓度、吸附时间、振荡速率、吸附温度对氯化镁改性膨润土吸附甲基橙效果的影响,通过单因素和正交试验获得最佳吸附条件。结果表明:最佳的吸附条件为甲基橙模拟废水pH值7、氯化镁改性膨润土用量26g/L、甲基橙质量浓度120mg/L、吸附时间35min、振荡速率275r/min、吸附温度18℃,在此试验条件下,氯化镁改性膨润土对甲基橙模拟废水的吸附率达93.86%,表现出较好的吸附效果。
The sodium base bentonite was modified by magnesium chloride,the effects of pH value of waste water,dosage of bentonite modified by magnesium chloride,concentration of methyl orange,adsorption time,oscillation rate,adsorption temperature on the adsorption of methyl orange in waste water by modified bentonite were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for adsorption of methyl orange in waste water by modified bentonite were waste water pH value of 7,modified bentonite dosage of 26g/L,concentration of methyl orange of 120mg/L,adsorption time of 35 min,oscillation rate of 275r/min,adsorption temperature of 18 ℃.Under the above conditions,the adsorption rate of modified bentonite for methyl orange in waste water was 93.86%,indicating that the adsorption effect was good.
