不同光照强度对灰枣叶片生理特性的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究灰枣植株在整个生育期内对弱光环境的生理响应,为生产上更好地栽培灰枣、利用弱光提供指导。采用5年生灰枣为试材,在不同遮荫程度和遮荫时间处理下,测定叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标。结果表明,短期(50d)的遮荫处理下,灰枣叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量增加,叶绿素a/b下降;随遮荫时间的延长,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量先增加后下降,叶绿素a/b随遮荫程度加重先降低后逐渐升高;短期的遮荫处理增加了灰枣叶片的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量,长期的遮荫则会导致其下降;灰枣叶片中脯氨酸含量随遮荫程度的加重而增加,随遮荫时间的延长先增加后略微下降;MDA含量随遮荫程度的加重和遮荫时间的延长而增加。短期的适度遮荫处理可以提高灰枣叶片的碳同化能力,增加光合产物的积累,促进生长,而长期遮荫则对灰枣叶片功能有害。 The physiological response of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huizao to weak light during its whole life time was studied,so as to provide some instructional measures about better cultivation and using of weak light for huizao production.With five years old Huizao as material,the contents of chlorophyll(Chl),soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and malondialdehyde(MDA)in leaves were determined under different shade degree and shade time.The results showed that the contents of Chla,Chlb and the total Chl increased but Chla/b decreased under short-term(50d)shade treatment;the contents of Chla,Chlb and the total Chl first increased and then decreased with the increase of shade time,while Chla/b decreased first and then increased with the increase of shade degree;the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased under the short-term shade condition while decreased under the long-term shade condition;the proline content increased with the increase of shade degree while first increased and then decreased a little with the increase of shade time;the MDA content increased with the increase of shade degree and shade time.Shortterm of moderate shade treatment could improve the carbon assimilation capacity of Huizao leaves,stimulate the accumulation of photoproduct,promote the plant growth,while long-term shade was harm to the Huizao leaf function.
