摘要
为了对广西山羊体内分离的布鲁氏菌进行种型鉴定,选取广西隆安县和南宁市流产的山羊胎儿体内分离出的布鲁氏菌各1株,经16SrRNA基因序列扩增和测序发现,分离株与布鲁氏菌的同源性高达98.6%~100%,表明分离菌株为布鲁氏菌。采用MOS-PCR和生物学分型方法对分离株进行进一步鉴定,结果表明分离株均为羊种生物Ⅱ型布鲁氏菌。动物攻毒试验显示,分离菌株均为强毒菌株。药物敏感试验结果显示,强力霉素、四环素、庆大霉素、链霉素和卡那霉素有较强的抑菌效果。
The aim of this study was to identify the biotype of two strains of Brucella which were isolated from goats in Guangxi.The two strains were isolated from goat fetus by traditional method in Nanning and Longan.The isolates were identified by PCR and sequence analysis of 16 S rRNA gene.The isolates had high homology of 98.6%-100% with Brucella.It showed that the two isolates were Brucella.Biotype analysis results showed that the two isolates were B.melitensis biovarⅡ by AMOS-PCR and biological test.Animal challenge test indicated that the two isolates belonged to virulent strains.Drug sensitive test showed that the two isolates were sensitive to doxycycline,tetracycline,gentamycin,streptomycin and kanamycin.
