响应面法优化节杆菌Z3菌液降解白肋烟烟碱条件 被引量:1

摘要 为确定节杆菌Z3菌液降解白肋烟烟碱的最优条件,采用响应面分析法,以发酵时间、菌液添加量和发酵温度为独立变量进行中心组合设计,以烟碱降解率为响应值进行发酵条件的优化。结果表明:节杆菌Z3菌液降解白肋烟烟碱的最佳条件为发酵时间68.2h、菌液添加量61.42%、发酵温度30.2℃,在此条件下白肋烟烟碱降解率为31.06%。将经节杆菌Z3菌液发酵后的白肋烟以4%的比例掺配到林海灵芝(硬红)产品中,评吸结果显示,香味浓郁协调,醇厚丰满,烟气丰富性增强,香气质量提升,烟气浓度增大,品质有所改善。 Fermentation conditions for nicotine degradation in burley tobacco by Arthrobacter Z3 were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).Fermentation time,inoculation amount and temperature were chosen as independent factors in RSM.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for nicotine degradation were as follows:time=68.2 h,inoculation amount=61.42%,and temperature=30.2 ℃,under which the nicotine degradation rate was up to 31.06%.The burley tobacco fermented by Arthrobacter Z3 was mixed into Linhai Lingzhi(Yinghong)product with the ratio of 4%.Sensory assessment results showed that the smoke fragrant was mellow and coordinated.Furthermore,there was a significant improvement in the quality and richness of the smoke aroma.
