摘要
针对甲苯含水不利于反应生成氯化苄的情况,对氯化苄生产的甲苯精制流程优化的设计过程进行了优化分析。优化后流程表明,通过对粗甲苯原料和精甲苯的换热,可降低甲苯精制流程中循环水和蒸汽用量;通过对粗甲苯进料位置的调整,可进一步降低精制后甲苯中水分含量。
For water in toluene is bad for benzyl chloride production, made optimization analysis of toluene refining process design.Optimized process showed that circulating water and steam consumption in the toluene refining process could reduced through heat exchange of crude toluene and refined toluene; the moisture content in refined toluene can further reduced through adjustment of crude toluene feed position.
