摘要
分析了100 kt/a双加压法稀硝酸装置自投产以来,存在的低压反应水冷器列管泄漏、废热锅炉爆管和夏季产量偏低等问题和不足,针对该情况通过一系列的改造及优化,取得了良好的效果,可为硝酸行业内今后类似的改造提供参考经验。
Analyzed the insufficient and problem including low pressure reaction water cooler shell and tube leakage, waste heboiler tube explosion and the output lower in summer of 100 kt/a double pressurized dilute nitric acid device since it is put inproduction. Made series transformation and optimization aimed at the situation, which obtained good effect, and could provireference for similar transformation experience in nitric acid industry in the future.
