潜水排污泵监控系统浮子开关室的改进

摘要 分析了排水泵站潜水排污泵电机烧坏的原因,认为潜水泵下浮子开关室结构存在缺陷,导致泵机封在发生泄漏后,水进不去浮子开关室而直接进入电机绕线腔并烧毁电机,对排水泵站的正常运行影响重大。提出了潜水排污泵漏水监控系统浮子开关室的改进方案。实际运行近1 a的结果表明,潜水排污泵得到了安全可靠的监控,避免了泵电机绕线圈被烧毁,确保了排水泵站的安全稳定长周期运行。 The paper analyzed the cause of submersible sewage pump motor burn out in drainage pump station; it′ s believed that because of the defects in structure of float switch room under the submersible pump, the water couldn′t get into float switch rooms but directly into the motor winding cavity which burned out the motor when leak in pump mechanical seal, which had significant influence on the normal operation of the drainage pump station. Putted forward an improvement program of submersible sewage pump leakage monitoring system float switch rooms, practical results after 1a showed that submersible sewage pump had safe and reliable monitoring, which avoid the pump motor coil burned and ensure the security and stability of the drainage pump station running for a long period of time.
