疑难病例析评第329例双下肢水肿-咳嗽-活动后憋喘-全心扩大

摘要患者男，39岁，因“双下肢水肿3年，咳嗽近2年，活动后憋喘1年余”于2014年5月4日人住北京协和医院心内科。患者2011年7月出现双下肢对称性可凹性水肿，晨轻暮重，检查示肝酶及胆红素升高，腹部CT示“肝硬化”。经保肝治疗，双下肢水肿无好转。
