慢性阻塞性肺疾病与睡眠呼吸疾病重叠综合征的诊断与治疗 被引量：9

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（简称慢阻肺）和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）二者共存即为重叠综合征。重叠综合征对患者的损害远大于单纯慢阻肺或者OSA，例如重叠综合征患者更容易出现心血管病变，最近一项利用核磁共振成像进行的试探性研究结果发现，重叠综合征患者与单纯慢阻肺患者相比，其右心室肥厚及右心室的重塑更加严重。
