摘要
通过化学镀方法,在金刚石颗粒表面制备一层不同P含量的Ni-P合金层;利用SEM分析了镀层的微观形貌;并用其制备了固结磨料研磨垫,比较了不同P含量金刚石研磨垫在加工过程中的摩擦系数、声发射信号及研磨垫的耐磨性;探索了不同研磨垫的加工特性;并与电镀镍金刚石进行了对比。结果表明:金刚石镀层P含量能够明显改变金刚石的形貌;研磨过程中的摩擦系数、材料去除速率和工件表面粗糙度随着P含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;中磷金刚石磨粒对工件的摩擦力和切入深度最大,研磨垫的磨粒保持性与自修整性平衡;电镀金刚石表面粗糙度及加工性能介于低磷与中磷之间。
Ni-P layer with different P content was prepared on diamond particles by electro-less plating.The morphology of coating was observed by SEM. Fixed abrasive pads( FAP) were prepared embedded with diamond particles with different P content. The effects of P content on the coefficient of friction( COF),acoustic emission( AE) and wear resistance of FAP during the lapping process were compared.The machining performance of different FAP was explored and compared with electro-plated diamond. The results demonstrate that morphology of diamond particles changes significantly with P content. The COF,material removal rate( MRR),roughness of lapped work-piece increase first,then decrease with the increase of P content. The friction force between pad and work-piece,and the cutting depth of abrasive into the work-piece are the highest when using middle-phosphorus diamonds as the abrasives and the FAP exhibits a characteristic of self-conditioning. The surface roughness and machining performance of electroplated diamond lie between low-phosphorus and high-phosphorus ones.
