幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童免疫性血小板减少症的关系探讨

Relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and immune thrombocytopenia in children

目的:探讨儿童免疫性血小板减少症(immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的关系。方法:采用免疫层析金标法,分别对诊断明确的104例ITP患儿和30名健康体检儿童进行Hp抗体检测,所有Hp感染的ITP患儿均接受抗Hp三联治疗2周。结果:104例ITP患儿Hp抗体检测阳性54例,阳性率51.92%;30名健康体检儿童Hp抗体检测阳性8例,阳性率26.67%;ITP患儿Hp抗体阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05),54例Hp阳性的ITP患儿经抗Hp三联治疗后,完全反应36例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率94.44%。结论:Hp感染与儿童ITP的发病有关。

Objective：To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and immune thrombocytopenia（ITP） in children. Methods：One hundred and four children with ITP and 30 healthy children were performed Hp antibodies examination using immunochromatographic assay,and all the ITP patients with Hp infection received triple therapy for two weeks. Results：Fifty-four of the104 cases with ITP proved to have positive Hp（51. 92%）,while there were only 8 cases in the healthy group presenting positive Hp（26.67%）;the positive rate of Hp antibodies was higher in the ITP group than in the normal control（P〈0.05）. After triple therapy,complete response was observed in 36 of the 54 cases with Hp infection,partial response in 15 cases and no response in 3 cases;the total effective rate was 94. 44%. Conclusions：Hp infection is associated with the TIP in children.
