摘要 卓越工程师背景下的英语容纳了语言习得与应用的工具学科属性,其国际适应与人类社会文化相互融通,突破了传统英语教育精神局限的技能视野,要求英语学科具备对人类文化的统一性认识,帮助学生树立国际理解精神,培养学生英语实践应用的国际协调与国际合作态度,从而顺应世界的多级化发展趋势。对此本文重点分析了卓越工程师教育培养计划对英语学科的"国际理解"期待,建立了卓越工程师背景下英语学科融入国际理解教育的合理性与必要性,由此提出了国际理解教育在英语教学目标、教学内容、教学策略等方面的具体融入途径。 English for outstanding engineers not only involves the instrumental subject attribute of language acquisition and application,but also infuses the international adaptation and human socio-culture. Its skill and view,breaking the mental limitation of traditional English education,requires that the English subject possess an unified awareness of human culture to help students establish the spirit of international understanding,and to develop students’ attitude towards international coordination and cooperation concerning English practical application,thus keeping up with the trend of global multi-polar development. As regards this,the paper mainly analyzes the expectation of outstanding engineer education program on the"international understanding"for the English discipline,explains the rationality and necessity for English discipline’s infusion with international understanding education under the background of outstanding engineer,and furthermore comes up with specific means for the integration of international understanding education in the English teaching target,teaching content and teaching strategy,etc.
