Construction Of Innovating Party Organization On Cultivation Creative and Innovation Talents on Fundamental Subjects——a Case Study of Math School in Jilin University

建设创新型党组织,是培养造就基础学科拔尖创新人才的重要环节。吉林大学数学学院在基础学科拔尖人才党组织建设方面,转变工作理念,推进党建工作创新;探索党组织设置方式,促进人才培养模式的改革及深化;突出载体建设,丰富党建活动的内容和形式,从而深化了基础学科拔尖人才培养工作的内涵,为其他院校提供了一定的借鉴。

The construction of innovated Party organization is essential to cultivate creative and innovative talents on fundamental subjects. We need to strengthen Party construction with innovative methods for the purpose of scientific development of Party construction. The mathematic college of Jilin University has transformed working principles to promoting innovating Party construction in cultivating top talents on fundamental subjects, and is exploring new ways of building Party organi- zation and furthering talents cultivation reform. Meanwhile, media construction and enrich activities of Party construction have been taken as the focus for the cultivation of top talents on fundamental subjects, thus providing certain reference for other colleges.
