高校二级学院的文化建设是提升学院办学软实力和核心竞争力的关键。而创新基层党建工作,则是夯实党执政的组织基础,是加强党的领导的重要内容。本文力图从精神层、制度层和环境层构建高校基层党建与学院文化建设的整合模式,从打造学院共同的价值观、以党风引领院风、教风、学风建设、制度文化建设和氛围与环境的营造等几个方面阐述了该整合模式的实施路径。

The construction of culture in secondary colleges plays a key role in promoting the soft power and competitiveness,while the innovation of the party＇ s basic - level construction is ess- tial in laying a solid foundation for the Party and strengthening the leadership of the Party in the u- niversity. The paper is aimed at the ways of integrating the Basic - level party organization con- structs with secondary college culture construction in order to establish college common value, teaching and study style guided by the Party＇s style, the college institutional culture, and creatinga positive environment.
