和坤汤治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

Clinical observation of “Hekun Decoction” for perimenopausal syndrome

目的观察和坤汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例;治疗组口服和坤汤,对照组口服替勃龙片或克龄蒙片,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效和临床症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为90.0%,两组临床疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组临床症状积分均显著减少(P<0.01),组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论和坤汤治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效确切,与常用西药效果相当。

Objective This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Hekun Decoction ＂ on perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomized in treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group were given＂Hekun Decoction＂,and the patients in control group were given Tibolone tablets or Kelimen tablets. Two groups were treated for three months. The clinical efficacy and the changes of clinical syndrome score were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86. 7 % and that of control group was 90 %,with no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; after the treatment,clinical syndrome score were significantly reduced in both of two groups（ P〉0. 01）,with no significant difference between the groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion＂Hekun Decoction＂may treat perimenopausal syndrome effectively,equally as hormone therapy does.
