湿疹外洗方汽雾透皮治疗手部湿疹临床观察

Clinical observation of the eczema lotion steaming in treating hand eczema

目的探讨湿疹外洗方汽雾透皮治疗手部湿疹的临床疗效及其对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法采用随机对照的方法,共纳入手部湿疹患者117例,随机分为治疗组(59例)和对照组(58例);治疗组给予湿疗外洗方汽雾透皮治疗,对照组给予尤卓尔软膏外涂。治疗4周后,比较两组临床疗效及其屏障功能指标变化情况。结果治疗组有效率为86.44%,对照组有效率为72.41%。治疗组临床疗效,以及在改善HECSI评分、皮肤角质层含水量、p H值等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论湿疹外洗方汽雾透皮治疗手部湿疹疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the eczema lotion steaming in treating hand eczema and its influence on skin barrier function. Methods One hunelred and seventeen patients with hand eczema were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group in which 59 cases were treated with eczema lotion steaming. and control guoup in which 58 cases were treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks and after the treatment,curative effect and barrier function index of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 86. 44% in the treatmenct group,and was 72. 41% in the control group.Clinical efficacy,HECSI score,water content in the skin stratum corneum and p H value of treatment group are obviously better than the control group. Conclusion The eczema lotion steaming has exact curative effect in treating hand eczema.
