摘要 综述IL-8与哮喘气道炎症关系以及中医药拮抗IL-8的研究进展。分别从IL-8的结构、表达调控及其生物学功能、IL-8与哮喘的关系,以及中医药在哮喘中拮抗IL-8的研究现状进行论述。 The paper mainly summarizes the relationship between IL-8 and asthmatic airway inflammation and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of IL-8. It is discussed from the following three aspects： the structure of IL-8,the expression regulation and the biological characteristics,the relationship between IL-8 and asthma. And current situation of research on the antagonism effects of herbs on IL-8 is also discussed.
