＂里＂和＂内＂都是相对于＂外＂来说的,但是两个＂外＂是有区别的,从它们之间的关系可以探求出＂里＂和＂内＂的基本意义。本文阐述了＂～里＂与＂～内＂的共有意义,以及在共有意义下的选择性差异,包括语体和音节的影响,并讨论了＂～里＂和＂～内＂各自的特有意义,主要有＂～里＂的强引申义、指代义、状态义、虚时空义,以及＂～内＂的同属义和紧缩搭配等。
The locative words ＂li＂ and ＂nei＂ are all relative to the the locative word ＂wai＂. But the ＂wai＂ which is relative to ＂li＂ and the ＂wai＂ which is relative to ＂nei＂ are different. From the relationship of these words, we can get the basic meanings of ＂li＂ and ＂nei＂. This paper described the common significance of ＂ ～ li＂ and ＂ ～ nei＂. There are also some differences in the sense of selectivity, including the effect of style and syllable. This paper also discussed the special meanings of ＂ ～ li＂ and ＂～ nei＂, which includes the strongly extended meaning, anaphora meaning, state meaning and un- certain time and space meaning of ＂ ～ li＂; and the same position meaning, compact complex structure of ＂ ～ nei＂ .
