摘要 目的:建立缺血型糖尿病足溃疡大鼠动物模型。方法:给SD雄性大鼠腹腔注射不同剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ),采用磁片循环压迫法引起组织缺血造成糖尿病足动物溃疡模型。实验期间,监测大鼠不同时间点血糖、体重、饮水量及进食量,并比较溃疡部位病理变化。结果:糖尿病足组与正常对照组相比,空腹血糖明显升高,体重明显减轻,饮水量及进食量明显增加。结论:采用STZ加磁片循环压迫法可成功造成缺血型糖尿病足溃疡大鼠模型,为探讨糖尿病足的发病机理和筛选药物奠定基础。 Objective: To establish a reproducible rat model of ischemic diabetic ulcers. Methods: A rat model of ischemic diabetic ulceration was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ with different doses and repeated cyclic magnetic compression on skin. Blood glucose, water intake body weight and food intake of each rat were monitored in different stages and pathological changes of ulcers during the experiment were compared on a regular basis. Results: There was a significant difference between diabetic group and control group in blood glucose(increased), body weight(reduced), water intake and food intake(increased). Conclusion: Using STZ with repeated cyclic magnetic compression on skin can result a functioning rat model of ischemic diabetic ulcers. This experiment provides a foundation for the pathogenesis of diabetic ulcers and drug screening.
