The Newest Development of the Research for Carbon Foam

以不同原料为主线,综述了炭泡沫制备技术的最新研究成果,并概述了炭泡沫改性及发泡机理方面取得的进展,同时对炭泡沫的应用情况进行总结。目前炭泡沫的研究热点主要集中在炭泡沫低成本制备技术、炭泡沫制备过程参数调控以及改性方法对炭泡沫性能的影响等方面。提出了整体炭泡沫制备技术存在的问题及改进思路。

The latest research results of carbon foam preparation technology are summarized based on the different raw materials.Moreover the modification and foaming mechanism for carbon foam are introduced.At the same time,the applications of carbon foam in recent years are summarized.It is concluded that current researches about carbon foam mainly focus on the low cost manufacturing technology,the interactive effect of the process parameter and the modification method.Finally,the existing problems and improving ideas on the preparation technology of monolithic carbon foam are proposed.
