摘要 概述了植物油在聚氨酯材料中的研究发展现状,重点介绍了从植物油出发,通过羟基改性法、环氧化-开环法、加氢甲酰化-还原法和酯交换化法制备多元醇,以及制备植物油基异氰酸酯的方法,对比了各种制备方法对相应的聚氨酯材料性能的影响,探讨了植物油基聚氨酯材料研究目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景提出了自己的观点。 The recent progress of vegetable oil in polyurethane(PU)materials is summarized.Several routes for the preparation of polyol from vegetable oils are introduced,such as hydroxyl group modification,epoxidationopening,hydroformylation-reduction and interesterification.The research on vegetable oil-based isocyanate are also reported.Through the comparison of various preparation methods and the corresponding properties of vegetable oilbased polyurethane products,the existing problems and the development orientations are pointed out.
