CMC对HPMo/SiO_2结构及其催化模型油氧化脱硫性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为造孔剂,使用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO2负载型磷钼酸催化剂HPMo/SiO2,并对其进行了FT-IR、XRD、FE-SEM等表征,同时考察了不同制备条件和反应条件对模型油催化氧化脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,造孔剂的加入并未改变HPMo的Keggin结构,且促进了MoO3在SiO2表面的分散;催化剂用量0.05g,H2O2加入量0.02mL,反应温度80℃时,二苯并噻吩(DBT)反应15min后可完全脱除;催化剂重复使用4次后,DBT几乎被完全脱除。 HPMo/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method using CMC as pore-forming agent.The catalysts were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),Xray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM).The inquences of preparing and reaction conditions on oxidative desulfurization of model oil were investigated.Results showed that the catalysts kept the Keggin structure and promoted the high dispersion of MoO3 on surface of SiO2.DBT can be totally removed in 15 minutes under the conditions of catalyst 0.05 g,H2O2 0.02 mL and reaction temperature 80 ℃.DBT was almost removed after the catalyst was reused for 4 times.
