电磁搅拌频率与方式对Al-Mn合金显微组织及性能的影响

摘要 以单层链式线圈绕组电磁搅拌Al-Mn合金为研究对象,采用Image-Pro-Plus图像分析软件对合金的晶粒组织形貌及尺寸进行分析,得到合金晶粒平均等径圆直径及形状因子与搅拌频率、搅拌方式的规律曲线,还研究了不同工艺条件对Al-Mn合金布氏硬度的影响规律。研究结果表明,在电磁搅拌下,一定的频率范围内合金晶粒的尺寸随着搅拌频率的升高而减小;交替电磁搅拌比常规电磁搅拌效果更好;采用电磁搅拌工艺后获得的合金试样,布氏硬度值普遍有所提高。 In the condition of single chain electromagnetic stirring coil windings Al-Mn alloy as the research object,the alloy grain morphology and size were analyzed through the Image-Pro-Plus software,and the rule curve of alloy average grain diameter circle diameter versus shape factor,stirring frequency and stirring method were obtained.The influence law of Al-Mn alloy brinell hardness under different process conditions were studied.The research shows that under the electromagnetic stirring,alloy grain morphogology and size decreases with increase of stirring frequency within a certain range.The alternating electromagnetic stirring is better than conventional stirring.The alloy specimen brinell hardness value is generally improved through use electromagnetic stirring technology.
