摘要 介绍了华电国际邹县发电厂四期超超临界机组使用的双进双出、正压直吹低速筒式钢球磨煤机料位测量系统存在的问题,对磨煤机料位测量的可靠性进行了研究,分析了故障原因并提出了改进方案。改进后,12台磨煤机都能建立正常料位,且能在设计料位下运行。 The mills used in the ultra supercritical unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant project phase IV are the double-ended, positive pressure direct-fired drum-type ball mills. The problems existed in the material level measurement system of the mills were introduced. The reliability of the material level measurement system of the mills was studied. The fault reasons were analyzed,and the improvement scheme was proposed. After the material level measurement systems were improved,the material levels of the twelve mills are all normal,and the mills can operate normally in designed material level.
