摘要
对新钢冷轧连退线平整机的延伸率控制进行分析,总结了不同钢种、不同生产工艺所要求的延伸率在生产过程中的控制方法和附加轧制力和附加张力系数的计算方法,为连退产品质量稳定提供依据。
Elongation control of the SPM are analyzed for the annealing line of Cold Rolling Plant in Xinsteel. It is summa- rized how the required elongation are implemented according to different steel grade, different production process, and how to calculate the additional roiling force and additional tension coefficient. It provides the basis assurance for stable product quality.
