摘要
新钢第一动力厂90 t/h干熄焦发电机组自安装投入运行以来,由于机组带一半负荷时汽轮机推力瓦的温度就会超过报警值,使机组一直都不能在正常负荷下运行。针对这一问题,通过分析找出了故障原因,并采取了熔孔补焊,车削铜堵头,将瓦块与推力盘互研刮直至瓦块工作面接触点在65%以上的措施,现已使该机组可以满负荷运行。
Since 90 t/h dry quenching generator commissioning in No. 1 Power Plant in Xinyu Steel, it always cant run in the normal load due to the thrust tile temperature of the steam turbine exceed alarm value when it is half loaded. In order to solve this problem, the failure reason is found out through analysis. And taking the measures of melt hole repair welding, turning copper plug and scraping the trust tile and disc, the work surface contact point reach more than 65%. The generator can run with full load at present.
