摘要 针对超临界水氧化反应器因应力腐蚀和盐析产生的设备损害问题,研发了一种新型夹套式釜式反应器。反应器主要由内筒、外筒和内筒固定板组成,并在内筒装填了吸附材料。反应器的内筒材质选用316L不锈钢,名义厚度为4mm,许用外压最大为2.3MPa;外筒材料选用304不锈钢,名义厚度为24mm,在温度575℃下的许用应力为79MPa。反应器内装填的吸附材料为活性硅,可以对反应过程中产生的无机盐进行吸附脱盐。该反应器可以避免应力腐蚀的产生,同时减少了无机盐在反应器内壁的析出和附着,避免了无机盐沉积引起的管道堵塞,从而保证设备的长期安全运行,延长反应器的使用寿命。 The new jacketed tank reactor was designed to protect against the damage of supercritical water oxidization equipment due to the stress corrosion and salting out.The jacketed tank reactor consisted of the inner cylinder,the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder fixture plate.Meanwhile,the adsorbed material was filled in the inner cylinder.The inner cylinder was produced with 316 Lstainless steel,with nominal thickness of 4mm and allowable maximum pressure of 2.3MPa.The outer cylinder was produced with stainless steel,with nominal thickness of 24 mm and allowable maximum pressure of79 MPa at the temperature of 575℃.The absorbed material filled in the inner cylinder is calcium silicate,which could desalt the inorganic salt generated in the reaction process.The newly reactor could avoid the generation of stress corrosion and decrease the salting out and adhesion of organic salt,thus,avoiding the blockage caused by inorganic salt salt deposition.The new design could ensure the safe operation of supercritical water oxidization equipment for a long period of time and extend the service life of the reactor.
