摘要
目的探讨合理的心理健康教育方法对地中海贫血患儿家长的影响,为临床医疗护理工作提供科学依据。方法对42例地中海贫血患儿的父母84人进行心理状况调查后,给予针对性的心理健康教育,观察心理健康教育前后患儿家长的心理反应变化。结果干预后家长的躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感性、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、敌对和精神病症等9个方面的症状自评量表SCL-90评分均低于干预前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论系统化、规范化的心理健康教育可以促进地中海贫血患儿家长保持积极的心理状态,更好地对患儿进行治疗和护理。
Objective To investigate the effect of reasonable mental health education on parents of thalassemia children,so as to provide a scientific basis for medical nursing in clinic. Methods 84 parents of 42 cases of thalassemia children were given corresponding psychological health education after the psychological condition investigation,and their psychological reaction were observed before and after the psychological health education. Results Scores of symptom checklist-90( SCL-90) including somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,fear and paranoia,hostile and mental disorders of the parents after the mental health education were significantly lower than those before the mental health education,so the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). Conclusion Systematization and standardization of psychological health education can help the thalassemia children's parents maintain a positive state of mind,so it can provide better treatment and care for the children.
