老年心血管病住院患者的护理安全管理

Nursing safety management for old patients with cardiovascular diseases in hospital

目的探讨加强老年心血管病患者护理安全管理的意义。方法选取2014年1～6月老年心血管疾病患者100例作为观察组,给予护理安全管理,即全面安全风险评估,加强护理人员安全管理意识,针对性指导患者,重视重点时段、重要环节管理,密切观察临床指标,落实护理安全管理。选取2013年1~6月100例老年心血管疾病患者作为对照组,采取常规护理。比较两组患者满意、不良事件发生率、治疗配合情况及护理人员（n=32）对自身工作情况满意度。结果观察组患者对护理的满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗配合不良发生率显著低于于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组实施时期护理人员对自身工作的满意度显著高于对照组实施时期（P〈0.05）。结论全面开展护理安全管理有利于提升护理质量及建立良好护患关系。

Objective To study the significance of nursing safety management for old patients with cardiovascular diseases in hospital. Methods 100 old patients with cardiovascular diseases,who were admitted to hospital from January to June,2013 were selected as the observation group. This group were give nursing safety management including comprehensive assessment of safety and risk,strengthening the consciousness of safety management among nurses,pertinently providing guidance for the patients,attaching importance to the management of key time and segment. In addition,clinical indicators were closely observed to ensure nursing safety management. Meanwhile,100 old patients with cardiovascular diseases,who were admitted to the hospital in the same period were selected as the control group,and routine nursing was carried out to them. Then,patients＇ satisfaction rate,adverse event rates,patients＇ treatment compliance and nurses＇ satisfaction about their work（ n =32） of both groups were compared. Results Patients＇ satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse event rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Rate of therapeutic misalliance of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover,nurses＇ satisfaction rate about their work was significantly higher than that of the control group during nursing safety management（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To implement nursing safety management in full swing can play a positive role in improving nursing quality and building a good relationship between patients and nurses.
