荚果蕨是药食两用的蕨类植物,富含多种营养成分,是人们喜爱的山野菜,同时具有抗癌、抑菌、抗病毒和抗氧化等多种功效,其株型美观,还可作园林观赏,具有开发潜力。从繁育与栽培、食用价值、药用价值和观赏价值等方面综述了荚果蕨的繁育与应用研究进展。
M.struthiopteris with a development potential is a food and drug fern with abundant nutrients and multiple functions of anti-cancer,anti-bacteria,anti-virus and antioxidant.M.struthiopteris can be used in landscape design because of its beautiful plant type.Research progress in breeding and application of M.struthiopteris is reviewed from aspects of breeding,cultivation,edibleness,medicinal value and ornamental value in the paper.
