摘要
为探明生根粉在珍稀植物扦插繁殖上的应用效果,以当年生竹柏为试材,研究不同质量浓度(50mg/L,150mg/L,250mg/L,350mg/L)ABT-1号生根粉浸泡对其插穗扦插存活率、生根数及根长的影响。结果表明:150-350mg/L生根粉可显著(P〈0.01)提高插穗存活率、根数及根长。其中,以质量浓度为250mg/L处理竹柏插穗的生根效果最好,存活率达80.4%,根数达7.7根/株,根长达3.51cm,均显著高于其余浓度处理。
The effects of ABT-1 rooting powder with different mass concentration(50 mg/L,150mg/L,250mg/L and 350mg/L)on survival rate,rooting number and root length of current year's P.nagi cuttings to explore the application effect of rooting powder in cutting propagation of rare plants.The results showed that ABT-1rooting powder with 150-350 mg/L concentration can increase cutting survival rate,root number and root length significantly but the survival rate,root number and root length of P.nagi cuttings soaked with ABT-1rooting powder with 250 mg/L can reach 80.4%,7.7roots/plantlet and 3.51 cm respectively,significantly higher than other treatments.
