摘要
为了解芒果炭疽病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性,在多年未使用农药的野生芒果种植区采集获得64个单孢菌株,通过生长速率法测定其对代森锰锌敏感性,EC50平均值为(19.59±17.71)μg/mL,以此作为敏感性基线评价采集自国内及泰国、美国等芒果产区128株芒果炭疽病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性。不同菌株对代森锰锌的敏感性有明显的差异,EC50值为0.09-3 232.09μg/mL,均值为(284.64±445.28)μg/mL。不同地区菌株对代森锰锌的敏感性不同,菌株抗性频率以云南的最高,广西其次,美国的最低,其他地区的以低抗为主,广西和广东均出现了高抗菌株。不同部位菌株分离自叶片的最多,茎的最少,叶和果均出现了高抗菌株。
The sensibility of 128 C.gloeosporioiles strains from different provinces in China,Thailand and America against mancozeb was evaluated by the sensibility basic line(19.59 17.71μg/mL of mean EC50value)by determining the sensitivity of 64 strains collected from wild mango cultivation areas without applying pesticides for many years against mancozeb to study the sensibility of C.gloeosporioiles against mancozeb.There are obvious differences in the sensibility among different strains and their EC50 value range is 0.09-3 232.09μg/mL with 284.64±445.28μg/mL of the mean EC50 value.The highest drug resistance is the strains from Yunnan,followed by the strains from Guangxi,and the lowest drug resistance is the strains from America.The strains with a higher resistance are from Guangxi and Guangdong but the strains with a lower resistance are from other areas.The most strains are isolated from mango leaves and the strains with a higher resistance can be isolated from leaves and fruits of mango either.
