银杏叶点霉叶斑病病原菌鉴定

Identification of Pathogenic Fungi of Leaf Spot Disease Caused by Phyllostictain Ginkgo

为明确银杏叶点霉引起的叶斑病病原菌的分类地位,对贵州采集的叶斑病病原菌进行了分离,并采用形态和分子结合的方法进行鉴定。结果表明:引起银杏叶点霉叶斑病的病原菌为Phyllosticta captilensis。

The pathogenic fungi of leaf spot disease were isolated and identified by morphological and molecular methods to explicit the taxonomic status of pathogenic fungi of leaf spot disease caused by Phyllosticta ginkgo.The results showed that the pathogenic fungus of leaf spot disease caused by Phyllosticta ginkgo is Phyllosticta captilensis.
