摘要
为从政府制度创新角度对促进农业技术创新,进而推动农业现代化发展提供理论参考,基于博弈论视角,分别对科研机构农业技术创新与政府制度创新的博弈、农业技术创新推广过程中科研机构、政府和农民的三方博弈、农业技术知识产权保护中的农民与科研机构动态博弈进行分析,探讨了政府对促进农业技术创新及其推广以及农业技术知识产权保护应进行的制度创新设计。
The game between scientific research institutions＇ agricultural technical innovation and government institutional innovation,the trilateral game among scientific research institutions,government and farmers in the popularization process of agricultural technical innovation and the dynamic game between scientific research institutions and farmers in agricultural technology intellectual property protection are analyzed based on game theory,and the government＇s institutional innovation is discussed to promote agricultural technology innovation and agricultural modernization development.
