户外表箱外壳接地方式的人体安全性影响研究

Influence of shell grounding way of outdoor watt-meter box on human body safety

我国配电网系统特别是农村电网中,由于人员接触户外表箱外壳接地引下装置而导致的人身伤亡事故多有发生。针对此情况,探讨了户外表箱外壳接地方式对于人体安全性的影响,提出了取消户外表箱外壳接地装置的措施,并对其可行性进行了分析,研究结果表明:采取必要的配套安全措施,可取消农网户外表箱外壳接地装置,该解决方案对于保证人身安全有较大的积极作用。

In domestic distribution network systems,especially in rural power grid,personal casualty often happens because person touch the external shell grounding device of outdoor watt-meter box.The paper discusses influence of external shell grounded ways of outdoor watt-meter box for distribution network on human body safety,puts forward the measures of abolishing external shell grounding device of outdoor watt-meter box in rural power grid,and analyzes the feasibility. The analysis result shows that adopting necessary supporting safety measures can abolish external shell grounding device of outdoor watt-meter box in rural power grid,the solve measure has larger positive role for protecting the personal safety.
