摘要
南瓜疫病是南瓜生产中危害最严重的植物病害之一,主要为害南瓜的茎果,给南瓜生产上造成重大的经济损失。为明确广西南瓜疫病病原的分类地位,通过对南瓜疫病病原的致病性测定、形态特征观察及r DNA-ITS序列分析对病原进行鉴定,将引起广西南瓜疫病的病原鉴定为辣椒疫霉(Phytophthora capsici Leonian)。
Phytophthora blight is one of the most serious threats to production of pumpkin in Guangxi province. It usually damages the stems and fruits and reduces the quality and yield of pumpkin. In this study,the causal organism of Phytophthora blight of pumpkin was isolated and cultivated. Its pathogenicity was also tested. Based on its morphological characteristics and ITS DNA sequences analysis,this pathogen was identified as Phytophthora capsici Leonian.
